WELCOME to the Family Rescue Center. We are a grassroots, volunteer group. Our energy, our compassion, and love are committed to the less fortunate. FRC exists to meet the needs of the hungry, low-income families and the homeless by providing food, clothing and other essential services. Join us on this mission to fight hunger and enrich lives.

Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive.

National Association of Letter Carriers on Saturday May 12th 2012 will be collecting non-perishable food donations. Leave the food donations in a bag by your mail box and they will pick up and deliver it to a Local Food Bank. Family Rescue Center will be a recipient and this will help those in need in our neighborhood.

Got Fruit!

Help those in need by donating the fruit from your trees. If you would like to donate fruit to the Family Rescue Center but need assistance in picking fruit from your trees, Family Rescue Center will coordinate with you and a church group to come to your home and pick the fruit.  Please contact Diane Whitmore at (818) 887-2274 for details. If you pick your own fruit, Family Rescue Center will arrange to have someone stop by your home to pickup the fruit or you can drop off at FRC between the hours of 9:00 to 1:00 Monday-Friday.
